Refund Policy

While we value our customer’s satisfaction, our products are inherently difficult to return since they’re sold in bulk.  Once an order has been delivered, refunds will only be issued in the event of an error committed by Grand Rapids Mulch and Stone. We do our best to have accurate descriptions and photographs of our products on our website, but we recommend stopping in to make sure the product you order is the way you expect it. Excess product can not be refunded or returned.
